• Engage in harassment, spamming, or other abusive behavior.
• Distribute harmful or malicious content.

VRChat ID Linker collects and processes the following data to function properly:

For Users:

• Discord username and user ID.
• VRChat username and user ID.
• VRChat verified status (e.g., +18, verified, hidden/unverified).
• VRChat bio (to check for the 6-character code).
• Time and date of verification.

For Discord Servers:

• Discord server name and server ID.
• User IDs of joining members (for cross-verification checks; this information is not logged, only parsed and discarded).
• Channel IDs and names of the log channel and verify command channel.
• All messages sent in the verify command channel (to moderate/delete them; this information is not logged, only parsed and discarded).
• Overall user count.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Any data collected is used solely for the bot’s functionality. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

VRChat ID Linker integrates with the following services:

• Pycord: For Discord bot functionality.
• Discord’s Bot Service: For bot-hosting and interaction.
• VRChat API: For verifying VRChat account details.

These services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for any issues arising from their usage.

6. Liability

VRChat ID Linker is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about its reliability, availability, or accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the bot.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to VRChat ID Linker at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.
