• VRChat verified status (e.g., +18, verified, hidden/unverified).
• VRChat bio (to check for the 6-character code).
• Time and date of verification.

For Discord Servers:

• Discord server name and server ID.
• User IDs of joining members (for cross-verification checks; this information is not logged, only parsed and discarded).
• Channel IDs and names of the log channel and verify command channel.
• All messages sent in the verify command channel (to moderate/delete them; this information is not logged, only parsed and discarded).
• Overall user count.

3. Data Retention

• Usernames, user IDs, display names, and information pertaining to linking VRChat accounts to Discord accounts will be retained indefinitely to maintain the integrity of the bot.
• Server-related data will be retained until a deletion request is made by the server owner.

4. User Rights

For Users:

• You can request to see what data we have collected about you, including your Discord ID, Discord username, VRChat user ID, VRChat username, and the date/time you verified with the bot.
• User data cannot be deleted due to security concerns and the need to prevent unauthorized verification by other users.

For Server Owners:

• Server owners can request to view the data collected about their server, including the Discord ID, server name, log channel ID, log channel name, verify command channel ID, and verify command channel name.
• Server owners can request the deletion of this data, which will be completed within 30 days of the request.

5. Data Sharing

• We do not share data with third parties.
• However, we reserve the right to share this data with another bot or organization performing the same function (e.g., linking VRChat accounts to Discord accounts) to merge databases.

6. Data Security

• Your data is stored on a secure server with no external access other than through the bot.
• Access to the server is restricted to the bot owner.

7. Incident Response

In the event of a data breach, users will be informed through primary contact channels, such as the Discord Support Server or a banner on our website.

8. Age Requirements

• Users must be 18 years or older to interact with VRChat ID Linker.

9. Consent Withdrawal

• To revoke data collection for your server, remove the bot from your Discord server.
• If you do not want your data to be collected as a user, do not verify with the bot.
